Moathaq (موثّق, Arabic for "verified") is a UAE directory of service businesses and employers, in English and Arabic. A Verified badge means a person matched the business's trade licence on the official register. It is free for customers and job seekers.

Moathaq (موثّق, Arabic for "verified") is a UAE directory of service businesses and a job board for employers, based in Dubai and published in English and Arabic. Before a business receives the Verified badge, a person on the team matches its trade licence against the register of the emirate's economic department (such as the Department of Economy and Tourism, DET, in Dubai) or of the free zone. Reviews come only from people who contacted the business through the platform, and negative reviews are published. Moathaq covers 20 service categories across the UAE, from AC repair and plumbing to business setup and PRO services, and is operated by HENRY DIGITAL HUB MARKETING MANAGEMENT.

Moathaq shows one of three badges or none. Listed means the business has uploaded its documents and we have received them. Verified means a person on the team matched its trade licence, trade name, activity and expiry date against the issuing register (for mainland companies the emirate's economic department, such as DET in Dubai; otherwise the relevant free zone), and the owner proved control of the company's Google Business Profile. Trusted is awarded by the numbers to a Verified business with at least 90 days on the platform, 10 reviews from people who contacted it through Moathaq, a response rate of 80 percent or more and no unresolved complaints. Badges cannot be bought. A listing with no badge has not been checked by us.

Moathaq covers 20 categories across the UAE, including AC repair, electricians, plumbers, cleaning, movers, business setup, PRO services, accounting, legal and IT. It is free for customers and job seekers, takes no commission on the work a business wins, and publishes its ranking factors. Sponsored placements are labelled and sit outside the organic ranking. Job posts expire after 30 days and show the employer's licence number. Employers that charge candidates are removed.
