What moves the price
- Number of users and devices. Per-user pricing scales with headcount, and servers or special software raise it.
- Response times. A four-hour response costs less than a one-hour response, and out-of-hours cover adds a premium.
- Security level. Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection and email filtering add per-user costs.
- Onsite versus remote. Offices far from the provider pay more for visits.
- Contract length. A 12- to 36-month commitment usually lowers the monthly rate.
How to read these prices
These are indicative ranges compiled by the Moathaq editorial team from published rate cards, public tariffs and typical market prices. They are not government tariffs and they are not quotes. Last reviewed: October 2026. Your quote will differ, so always ask for a written quote before work starts.
Prices are for offices of roughly 5 to 30 staff and exclude 5 percent VAT unless a company quotes it inclusive. Hardware is priced separately from services, and many providers resell licences at a markup, so ask for the vendor price next to theirs. These are typical Dubai prices; in the other emirates prices are often similar or somewhat lower.

How to get a fair quote
Ask for a written scope that lists what the monthly fee covers and what is billed on top. Ask for the service level in the contract, the monthly report you will receive and the notice period to leave.
Insist that you own every account the provider sets up for you, and that the provider has an admin login but not the owner login.
Red flags
Be careful too with a backup that has never been restored. Ask for the date of the last test.
Frequently asked questions
How much should IT support cost a 10-person office?
Typically AED 1,500 to 4,000 a month in 2026, depending on response times and whether onsite visits are included.
Is Microsoft 365 cheaper bought through a provider?
Rarely. Compare the provider's price with the vendor's list price, and make sure the account is in your company's name.
