What moves the price
- Number of pages and features. Booking, payments, member areas and integrations each add days of work.
- Bilingual build. True Arabic support, not a translation plugin, adds 20 to 40 percent to a design.
- Content. Who writes the copy and takes the photos changes the budget more than the code does.
- Agency type. A freelancer, a boutique studio and a large agency differ by a factor of three or more.
- Ownership and licences. Premium themes, plugins and stock images carry licence fees.
How to read these prices
These are indicative ranges compiled by the Moathaq editorial team from published rate cards, public tariffs and typical market prices. They are not government tariffs and they are not quotes. Last reviewed: October 2026. Your quote will differ, so always ask for a written quote before work starts.
Ranges cover design and build for a UAE business, excluding VAT of 5 percent where applicable. Paid advertising and ongoing marketing are separate and are covered in the digital marketing price guide. These are typical Dubai prices; in the other emirates prices are often similar or somewhat lower.
A starter site at AED 5,000 to 15,000 and a bilingual company site at AED 12,000 to 35,000 are the two most common purchases. A low price usually means a template with limited changes, and that can be exactly right for a small business.
How to get a fair quote
Ask for a written scope with pages, features, number of revision rounds and the delivery date. Ask for a payment schedule tied to milestones, such as 30 percent to start, 40 percent at design approval and 30 percent at launch.
Confirm in writing that the domain, hosting account and source files are registered in your name and handed over at the end.
Red flags
Be careful too with a portfolio of sites you cannot open, and with a price quoted before anyone has asked what the site must do.
