IT Services in Dubai City, Dubai
121 businesses listed, 0 Verified or Trusted. Sponsored results are labelled; positions 4+ are ranked by rating, response rate and completed jobs, reshuffled weekly.
IT companies in the UAE cover office networks and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, backups, security, CCTV and managed support. What separates a good provider is not the brand list but the contract.
What a proper service includes
A good contract has four parts:
- A service level with a response time
- Named engineers
- A monthly report
- An exit clause
Ask who owns the admin accounts. The answer should be you. A provider should also say plainly what it will not cover, such as line-of-business software, printers or staff-owned devices.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you stay responsible for customer and staff data even when a provider hosts it, so ask where it is stored and how backups are tested.
What it costs
Managed support for a small office typically costs AED 100 to 300 per user per month, or AED 1,500 to 6,000 in total, depending on response times. Projects such as a network upgrade are quoted separately and should list hardware and labour apart. These are typical Dubai prices; in the other emirates prices are often similar or somewhat lower.
Before you sign
Check the provider's trade licence for an IT or computer systems activity.
Check the badge first, then read the reviews and the response rate. Ask for a written quote that names the company on the licence, and pay only to an account in that company's name. See typical prices in our price guide.

Frequently asked questions
What should an IT services provider be licensed for?
A mainland trade licence (DET in Dubai, ADDED in Abu Dhabi, SEDD in Sharjah) or free zone licence with computer systems, IT consultancy or network installation activities. For security work, ask about ISO 27001 for the company and vendor certifications from Microsoft, Cisco or Fortinet for the engineers who will work on your account.
How much does managed IT support cost?
Typically AED 100 to 300 per user per month in 2026, or AED 1,500 to 6,000 a month for a small office. Onsite visits, hardware and licences may be extra, and pay-as-you-go work runs AED 150 to 400 an hour.
What response times should I expect?
A reasonable provider answers a ticket within 1 to 4 working hours and handles a critical outage the same day. Put those figures in the contract with service credits of 5 to 10 percent of the monthly fee, and ask who is on call outside office hours.
Who should own my admin accounts and data?
You should. The Microsoft 365 or Google tenant, the domain name and the backup service must be registered to your company, with the provider as an administrator rather than the owner. Ask for this in the contract, because recovering a locked account later is slow.
